Edouard has created and developed several innovative projects and start-ups in the healthcare field. He has held key positions in several departments of successful startups and created his own incubator focused on turning ideas and R&D into businesses. He holds a PhD in biomedical engineering from EPFL and a degree in chemical engineering from UC Santa Barbara.

Alaa has more than 20 years' experience leading R&D and an extensive background in medical device product and embedded development. A passionate innovator, he is the author of scientific papers and patents related to cardiovascular medical devices. He holds a degree from Centrale-Supélec and a PhD in signal processing from Orsay-Paris XIII.

Daniel brings decades of expertise in cardiac rhythm management to CAIRDAC. He previously served as VP of R&D at Microport CRM, where he contributed to major innovations including the first dual-chamber defibrillator and the world's smallest defibrillator. He has led multifunctional teams in electronics, tele-cardiology and integrated circuit development, and has contributed to international medical device standards throughout his career.

Dalit has extensive clinical development and clinical operations experience, including working with regulatory authorities and the medical and scientific community. She has worked with Philips and SoniVie Inc., where she led both clinical and pre-clinical operations. She holds a PhD and MSc from Tel-Aviv University.

Nicolas has extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary R&D and innovation teams before joining implantable cardiology medical devices in 2018. He was strongly involved in hardware development of the Carmat artificial heart. Nicolas holds a MSc in Mechanical and Microtechnology Engineering from ENSMM Besançon.

Eric has 34 years of overall experience in the Medical Devices industry, including highly innovative, multidisciplinary environments involving class IIb and class III implantable medical devices. His areas of expertise include Biomaterials, Orthopaedic devices, Vascular devices, Oncology, Cardiac, Neuromodulation and medical device software.

Ji Hyun is a highly experienced regulatory affairs leader with more than 25 years of global experience in Class III and active implantable medical devices, including leadership roles at Medtronic, Cochlear, Boston Scientific, and Seegene. She brings deep expertise in EU MDR, FDA, clinical regulatory strategy, and post-market compliance, with a strong track record of leading complex regulatory programs and supporting innovative medical technologies.

Alexandre brings over 10 years of financial expertise within high-growth Healthcare and Tech sectors (Ipsen, Advicenne, Pixium Vision). Acting as a strategic Business Partner, he excels at driving value through long-term business planning, cash-flow optimization, and supporting international M&A operations. With extensive experience in publicly traded environments (Euronext), he combines rigorous IFRS compliance with a strong focus on operational efficiency. He holds a Master's Degree in Management Control and Information Systems from IAE Caen, as well as a Master's Degree in Economics and Management.
